I traded my Lexus 350ES for a 2019 ForteEX. I had wanted a Lexus IS model but after driving the Forte, there was no doubt in my mind that this was the vehicle that fit all of my needs. I read some of the complaints that the Forte was not very powerful or sporty. Yet I think it does handle like a sports car. There are 3 driving modes available but just using the "normal" mode offers an exciting driving feel. The handling around curves is outstanding. On the highway you get a quiet smooth ride. All of the high tech features really work well. I tried the Honda Insight, Lexus, Civic, Toyota, Hyundai, and Subaru products and the Kia Forte seemed superior driving in traffic and on the highway. The seats are very comfortable and ventilated which is great if you live in Arizona. Also, my dog enjoys the rear vents that keep him cool. Also, one flaw in Honda products ( lack of front seat leg room) is not an issue with the Forte. The leg room is outstanding. I feel that I have hit the jackpot with the Forte. And the price is incredibly low for the overall quality this vehicle offers. This is just my opinion but hope this review helps others at least test drive this vehicle before buying.…

I have the FE model with the 6 speed manual transmission and average 43.5mpg, that is just over 600 miles per tank! Large trunk, back seat and overall passenger area make this an excellent road trip vehicle. This small car isn't small. Info / tech is excellent. I purchased it brand new (0 miles) for only $13,500 out the door + TTL. Amazing car, amazing value. Good job Kia.…

This is the second forte I've owned, because I loved the first one so much. This car has tons of safety features I didn't imagine would exist so soon, like collision avoidance, lane keeping assist, and blind spot collision warning. It also sends me a notification when it senses I am drowsy and should take a break. Also it has many comfort features like heated, and cooled seats. The trunk provides tons of storage space as well as the back seat wich is surprisingly roomy.…
